HOW TO FIND US

• M5 leave at Junction 27, take A361 to Barnstaple
• Straight on at roundabout at Tiverton
• After about 9 miles, take the right turn signposted Knowstone (Car parking and toilet facilities on either side)
• Through Roachill & at the T-junction turn left on to the B3227
• Take the first right after the Jubilee Inn (on your right)
• At the next T-junction turn left
• Take the next right, go down the hill, through the village of Yeo Mill
• Go up the hill to a T-junction, turn left, then take the next right, signposted Dulverton
• Go up over the hill & as you get to the bottom, the road bends around to the right
• Deer's Leap is on your left
• The drive splits into two, keep left, come straight down the drive and park opposite the big pink house
