Constellation Workshops...

... See whats really going on.

Constellation work is a powerful tool which enables individuals or organisations to address internal issues such as family relationships, social structures or even business decisions. The helpful thing about constellations is that the issue is presented before you in a 3-dimensional way which often brings a hitherto unseen perspective. Most clients report that the experience brings clarity and offers insight into a situation where they have previously felt frustrated & stuck & sometimes completely helpless or just confused. The Constellation process appears  more often than not to enable the issue to shift in a way that brings resolution and allows things to move forward, bringing understanding & relief to the client.

Here at Deer's Leap we run both 1 day non-residential and 3 day residential workshops lead by a number of different acclaimed facilitators. We also run a 5 day Training workshop for anyone interested in becoming a constellation facilitator.

The one day workshops are inclusive of lunch and afternoon tea. We ask that you arrive at 9.00am for coffee and to meet the other participants for a prompt start at 9.30am and will finish at aproximately 5.00pm

About Constellations...

Lead by a trained facilitator a group of participants sit in a circle, one participant, i.e. the client, when ready, comes forward to work on a chosen issue whilst the others will serve as representatives or contribute as observers. The client will select members of the group to represent different elements or aspects of a topic or issue and arrange them in the room. The representatives experience what is called “representative perception”.  This refers to the phenomenon of perceiving emotions and body sensations that are meaningful in relation to the individuals they represent. This often brings new understanding to the constellator, enabling a different perspective & often showing a possible next step.

Workshop with Helen & Claudio Celestino 11th - 13th May 2012

Helen and Claudio have found a unique way of facilitating the process of Systemic Constellations Work as a couple, bringing in the power of the female and male energy as a resource for all their clients. They work together in individual sessions, workshops and in their trainings. They have been working with individuals, couples and children in the field of Systemic Constellations for more then 5 years and draw from 15 years experience of working with people using other modalities (counselling and coaching, body work and Ayurveda).

Over the past 2 years they have been engaging with schools, teacher’s and parent’s to create an awareness of the importance of the systemic approach in education. In January 2011 they became the official ecl hub for SA, a project from the UK which implements the principles of Family and Systemic Constellations Work into schools.

They are currently running workshops in South Africa and Europe as well as Systemic and Family Constellations Facilitator Trainings in South Africa.
