Deer’s Leap nestles in a peaceful valley on the very edge of Exmoor; one large comfortable farmhouse and four cosy cottages set within 30 acres of private grounds, including woodland and a lake. Whether you are planning a holiday, a special occasion, time out with friends or want to learn new skills on one of our many courses Deer’s Leap is the perfect venue.

Deer's Leap Retreat

Dear Guests,

For many years these delightful cottages have been visited by families and friends seeking to “get away from it all” in a cosy cottage retreat on Exmoor. Three years ago we discovered Deer’s Leap and fell in love. Now our dream is to make this into a perfect holiday retreat. We have already converted the main farmhouse to provide accommodation for larger groups. Our future plans include an indoor swimming pool, spa and gymnasium, a games room with ten pin bowling and Wii centre.

We love being able to share this haven that we have created with others, it really is the perfect place to relax and spend precious time with friends and family.

We will take care to ensure that Deer’s Leap retains its unique charm and tranquillity whilst also offering some fabulous additional facilities. We look forward to welcoming you to Deer’s Leap.
